ABOUT ME

My name is Jo Blakey and I have been a teacher for many years, teaching Start Your Own Business courses, IT, employability skills, confidence and wellbeing courses.

Having taught customer service skills I appreciate the importance of providing excellent customer service to all of my customers.

As a busy working Mum, I always tried to make an extra special effort for my children’s birthdays, and therefore they always had a home-made novelty cake made with love for their parties.  I have made lots of cakes over the years for my boys and friends and family. 

My business is therefore different because I offer:-

  • cake toppers to purchase separately so you can put them on a shop bought or home-made cake
  • I also offer a mid-range decorated cake at a lower cost
  • I have a deluxe range for that extra special occasion

I do hope you enjoy looking through my website as much as I enjoy baking and making tasty bakes and delicious celebration cakes.

I am registered and insured and hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification and also a Sophisticated Baking and Cake Design qualification.
