While I take every care to ensure that no nuts come into contact with your cake topper, I cannot guarantee that they are safe for people to eat with nut allergies.
• Ingredients - Fondant sugar paste, Tylose powder, cornflour. edible glue and food colouring.
• Please note that as each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur.
• I hope you like my designs which are original, I do not copy other people’s work. Therefore, I would ask that you do not copy my designs.
Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow your payment to clear, give me time to make your fondant cake topper, allow it to dry and then post it to you, as you and I would be really disappointed if the order wasn’t ready in time for your special occasion.
• When you place your order, it is really important that you include the DATE of your event, so that I can ensure you get your delivery in time.
• Please could you also include the AGE and NAME of the person in the 'Notes to Seller' section during check-out.
• Colours can be customised to match your colour scheme at no additional cost. Please leave me a note with your preferred colours in the ‘checkout’ section. For example you may prefer the cake topper to have a blue hat and blue streamers.
• I will package the items as carefully as possible to prevent any damage during transit, and indicate that your parcel is fragile with a sticker. However, once the items leave my kitchen, I cannot control how they are handled during transit.
REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you will be asked to pay the return postage for your cake topper. Due to the personalised nature of your cake topper, unfortunately I cannot always guarantee a refund. If a product arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact me and I will do everything I can to resolve the situation
Please note that the weather can affect your cake topper should it be left outside. I have arranged for your cake topper to arrive by Royal Mail's 2nd class delivery service. I will contact you to give you an estimated date of delivery. Should you require an alternative delivery method, for example - the eBay drop off service at Argos, which allows you to pick up a parcel from your nearby Argos store at a time convenient to you, please contact me using the e-mail address below and I will do my best to accommodate you.
When you receive your order, please unwrap it very carefully as fondant can be fragile. If a piece happens to break, it can usually be repaired with a small amount of water or icing. If your fondant cake topper seems a little soft, allow it to dry at room temperature - I promise you the fondant will harden. If you would like to keep your cake topper. it can be stored as a keepsake in an airtight container in a cool, dry. dark spot, e.g. a cupboard. Do not freeze or refrigerate your cake topper as it will become soft and sticky. Alternatively, I would suggest consuming your cake topper within 3 months or purchase.

On the day of your event, simply glue your cake topper and accessories to your cake using a little water.
